Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Brief Overview

This is an opening for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with an entrepreneurial and high-growth business which provides the highest standard of early years care and education, where children are actively encouraged to explore, learn, and interact with others.

Whilst being extremely successful and having become one of the leading brands in their sector, they’ve never lost sight of who they are, underpinned by extremely high levels of staff retention, and somewhere that simply has a feel-good factor about it.

The role also offers a structured career path and development, and there is every likelihood that you will become their Head of Digital.

The role

Following strong and consistent growth over the past few years, they are now looking for a savvy Senior Digital Marketing Executive, who will be responsible for optimising the customer journey and user experience, across all digital touchpoints.

You will also lead the day-to-day management of the several websites, alongside lead generation, CRO initiatives and support overall digital marketing performance. In essence, this will be a key role, working alongside the wider marketing and cross-functional teams, where you will coordinate the online and offline customer journey to acquire and nurture leads.

You’ll also implement website optimisation tools for user flow and performance improvement and monitor CRM (HubSpot) performance through coordination with relevant touchpoint owners to accurately measure KPI’s and the impact of initiatives. You’ll work with external agencies to help identify and execute new initiatives to support digital projects and website efficiencies.

What we’re looking for

Starting somewhere new can take effort and time, but this firm possesses an incredible record of growing people from within and giving them enough time to learn and develop. They appreciate it takes time to settle in, and you will have the full support of those around you.

It is a fundamental role in the marketing team, so we’re ideally looking for a savvy Digital Marketer who most likely has around 2-3 years relevant experience in digital, e-commerce or a website management role, either agency or in-house. Attitude is key – the brand has deeply impacted the market since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated so they want someone who will take pride in what they do.

You’ll also come armed with a sound grasp of SEO, social and content, paid media, and reporting tools such as GA4, and working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot (CRM) and E-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopify.  A keen eye for design is handy and you’ll be more than at home talking about user experience, and the customer journey and will be able to provide clear insight and direction from the data given.

What’s on offer?

A salary of up to £32,500, which will increase over time because this company has a proven history of rewarding and enhancing the careers of passionate marketers. A culture which is driven by empowering its people to perform at the best of their abilities, plus an office space that is designed specifically for personal welfare and enjoyment.

The role is hybrid and offers flexible working, and comes with 25 days holiday, highly discounted childcare, enhanced maternity, paternity fertility and adoption leave, a fantastic well being package, alongside many other benefits which will help your working life in more ways than one.

It is also worth noting that the company is non-hierarchical and not afraid to promote and develop from within; most of their senior people started in junior roles which is a testament to their success and stability.
